Refund policy

1. 30-day returns

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, in original condition with tags and packaging, and not damaged after delivery.

2. Items we can't accept

• Swimwear and bikinis with the hygiene liner removed, unless faulty[cite: 19].
• Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page.
• Worn, washed or altered items.

3. Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos[cite: 19]. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and we pay the return shipping.

4. How to return

1. Email contact@orravio.com with your order number, the items and the reason.
2. We reply within 1 business day with your return authorization.
3. Ship the items with tracking to: 707 Sheridan Ave, Cody, WY 82414, USA[cite: 19]. Please don't send returns to any other address.

5. Return shipping costs

• Change of mind: you pay return shipping. Standard shipping is free on US orders, so nothing is deducted from your refund for it.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: we pay.
• No restocking fees.

6. Refunds

We inspect your return and email you the result. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

7. Exchanges

Return the item and place a new order for the size or color you want, or email us and we'll help.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
