Return conditions
Returns of light fixtures must be in the original packaging with all accessories.
Please ensure your return shipment is well packaged to avoid damage in transit.

No-Fault Returns – Regulation 35
In accordance with Regulation 35, for no-fault returns (where there is no defect or error on our part), the return address can be:
(a) Any address specified by us for sending the goods back;
(b) If no address is specified for that purpose, any address specified by us for the consumer to contact us;
(c) If no address is specified for either of those purposes, any place of business of the trader.
Responsibility
We assume no responsibility for any delay or damage during transportation of returned items.
We recommend that you check the package within 24 hours of receipt and, if there are any problems, contact us immediately.

We will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items.

Exchanges

Customs and import taxes
For orders outside of the America, customs duties and import taxes may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery of the order.
Undeliverable packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused delivery or failure to collect from a collection point, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipment costs.
