This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on orravio.com.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new and unused items.

1. Return Period
You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To start a return, you can contact us by email at info@orravio.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide full instructions and the return address.
2. Return Address

All return shipments must be sent to this address unless otherwise instructed by our support team.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
Defective or Wrong Item: If your product is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.
Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
5. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
All tags, accessories, and manuals must be included.
Products must not show damage or alteration.
If the returned product shows wear or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a partial refund may apply.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
7. Responsibility & Shipping Delays
Orravio is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during return shipping.
Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, return and reshipping fees may apply.
9. Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
